Baytril^® Bolus 

Composition
1 bolus contains 500 mg Enrofloxacin.

Indications for use
Enrofloxacin is a synthetic antiinfective of the fluoroquinolone class.

Baytril® Bolus is indicated for the therapy of enteric infections in calves caused by E.coli susceptible to Enrofloxacin.

Route of administration
For oral administration.

Dosage
The dose rate is  5 mg  Enrofloxacin/ kg bw, (= 1 Baytril® Bolus / 100 kg bw).  For calves of 50kg and below, the bolus can be broken in half.

Treatment interval
24 hours

Duration of treatment
3 days

Withdrawal period
Established for edible tissues according to national regulations
